Collection: KC 2022 ZEN BUDDHA

One cold and foggy day outside at Kellys Cove, sitting there with my teeth chattering, Freddy Valera paddled by slowly and said " BRRR, Zen Buddha!"...
It didn't make any sense what he said until I saw Steve "Zen Buddha" Krolik swim by in his white swimming cap, no wetsuit and smiling as he caught another freezing cold wave in. His nickname stuck with him since those early days at the cove.
Steve has been the fire keeper since our first Kellys Cove Reunion, and blowing his conch shell to call in the spirits of all the old alumni who have passed on.
